I got an orange loading screen but the game doesn't load, how can i get assistance?

I've cleared cookies and cache uninstall and re installed already. Thanks!

• Do you play via King or Facebook account?
• Which platform do you use? Browser or app?
• What device do you play on? Make and model
• Which version Operating System do you have?
• Which version of the Soda app do you have?
• What is your Game ID? Tap or click HERE how to find. Please note, if you play another King game ( e.g. Jelly, Friends, CCS etc) and you have no problems with it, you can find your Game ID there just by following the steps.
