Boosters gone haywire?

For the past few days my boosters have gone haywire. First they were locked. The next time they were unlocked, but I had lost most of my supersonic lollies and hands. Now I still have no supersonic lollies and all the other boosters have been re-set to 3. What is going on? I have run an update, but that did not help. Please restore my (many!) boosters.

I am sorry to hear this 😕. Please do the troubleshooting first, see if this will fix the problem:
—> provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
If that doesn’t help, you can contact King Player Support directly from your device:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

I keep making purchases and returning the next day to find that none of them are there so yes the boosters are Haywire don't believe Candy Crush king is going to be reimbursing me for anything either and I'm a fool for even allowing myself to stoop solo. Thousands of dollars throughout the years just wasted

I’m sorry you have this purchase issues. The Community cannot handle purchase issues due to personal info, but Player Support can 🙂. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
