Why does candy crush soda keep kicking me out? I play on samsung tab A7 tablet.

    Sorry to hear about this. You might want to check this guide

    Also troubleshooting steps might help:

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    I am having the same problem for the last 6 months and it's getting worse. Every time I am on an extremely difficult level and just about to complete it, I get kicked out. I am about to uninstall this game. Every time I ask for help I get the same automatic reply ', make sure you have enough data, restart your tablet, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall etc, etc. Nothing works and I am fed up!

    Unfortunately we cannot help if we don't have more infos and context as we cannot physically look into your device. We can only rely on you 🙂

    Please provide these details:

    • Do you use a King account or Facebook account to save your progress?
    • Which device do you play on? (make and model please!)
    • If you play on PC/laptop do you play on Facebook platform or on soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store?
    • What is the latest version of your device software (OS) update?
    • What is the latest version of Soda app update you have? (info can be found under additional informaion in Soda app page in Microsoft Store/Play Store/App Store ecc)
    • what is you game ID number? to find this number check this page

    Don't hesitate to ask if you need futher directions to find these infos
