I do not know what each icon actually does. Can someone exxplain with pictures? I can not always understand the names of them eg a piece of cake???

If by "piece of cake" you possibly mean a piece of a multicolored lolly-looking booster (supersonic lolly is its name) check this explaination HERE which includes pictures about the booster and how it works)
