I’m sorry to hear you had an issue with your game. I read you uninstalled and reinstalled the game due to glitches. Please note this is always a very last resort and it will remove your boosters! Usually we recommend running troubleshooting as this fixes glitches in most cases.
If you've been playing connected to either a King account or a Facebook account you should be able to retrieve your progress, simply by logging in with that account. If you didn’t save your progress, you can create a King account, find info here.
If you’re still unable to retrieve your progress, you can contact King Player Support and they can manually restore your progress.
To contact Player Support, use this link here, select Soda game, select “Lost progress or items”, select “I lost ky progress”

Hi. I am so sad to read you lost your progress. Were you connected to FB, e-mail or through Apple to save your progress? If so, this is an easy fix, Log in through game, start here. Press played before
Sign in the way you did previously. I use FB so that will be my directions. Continue with FB, press. Then hit continue on pop-up
And lastly, continue again.
