I reinstalled my game after receiving technical and connection error messages. My level was kept but a numerous amunt of boosters were lost. How do I get them back?

Secondly - I am being charged 6.99 sometimes daily and listed as a recurring charge.w/Microsoft. I did not sign up for a cubscription or recurruimg charge item

Unfortunately losing all boosters happens when app is unistalled, as boosters data are permanently deleted.

Since they're not saved and synced on King servers as levels and gold bars are, boosters cannot be restored by the player.

If you lost purchased boosters or items, you may ask King Player Support for refunds.

• How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

As for the multiple charges you may ask King Player Support as well but I advise to contact Microsoft Support team too as Microsoft is the platform that handles your in-app purchases; your payment method details are saved on your Microsoft account
