Yes the Game Studio is aware of this and is investigating.
I recommend to contact King Player Support; they can check your game 🙂
How to contact through your device:
- Tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on “Events”
- Tap on “Soda Cup”
- Scroll down to “Contact us”
- Select topic “Events or Features issues”
- Select subtopic “I didn’t receive my reward”
- Type your info and Submit 🙂
