This is dumb! Nobody answers questions and the support is a joke! Why can’t I collect my rewards in cake challenge???

    Do you mean you tried to contact King Player Support from your Soda app and you received no reply?

    Did you try checking your spam folder? You should reiceive an automatic email first, you reply to it and then a King employee should reach out to you

    As for the forum support section, I see all questions have been answered. 🙂In case of queries with little to no details about the problem like your post above we always ask players to elaborate and provide specific infos. We wait until they reply back because we can't help further otherwise, unless there's a known ongoing issue we have all infos about but that's not currently the case.

    But it's always possible we mods miss some posts as the community is a lot to oversee, in this case please accept our apologies and return to the discussion you first talked about your problem and tag me in it. To tag me please use @ symbol and then type my useranme and select it from the curtain

    If Bake a Cake feature displays an error message or abnormal behavior that prevents you from claiming rewards and still persists after checking troubleshooting steps, which I'm willing to show you, then we can explore this further

    If a temporary connection issue happened and solved itself but you couldn't claim Bake a Cake rewards then please contact King Player Support directly from your app and ask them to send you your missing items. The community forum is not able to handle refunds due to sensitive information of the player

    It's not clear to me whether you tried to contact them so here are directions:

    How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "Events" "what's Bake a Cake"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, select “Events or Features issues”- “I didn’t receive my reward” explain your problem and send.
