I understand they must make the game harder to play as the levels go up, for sure; but to downright cheat is another thing altogether.
Bottom line is the entire game isn't based on any sort of change whatsoever. They can say it is all day long *.
Every candy, every square is meticulously accounted for, but even then, they can't account for every scenario, so the algorithms just flat out cheat when the player strikes a combo it wasn't expecting.
A board inundated with wrapped candies after an epic combo of it's colored kin with only ~10% jam to spread?
A visual guarantee, one can be sure ...until it's not.
Unless King is deliberately making wrapped candy duds, *.
