@emdawg I'm not sure what the message you got about the race is referring to. If you happen to see it again, please consider to take a screenshot and share it on the community. thanks
From your screenshots, it looks like seasonal pass of detective season is missing in your game. If you checked for Soda app updates and tried to restart the app and played any level 3-4 times but the pass is still missing then it means it's not available in your games at the moment. This is not your side, it may happen.
Why do I not have Detective Season in my game?
It's occasionally possible that you'll only get the diorama in your game, without the Season Pass even though you can see other players playing the Season Pass. Do not worry! It's not faulty - it's just that with so many players, we sometimes have to spread the fun out a bit.
We try to keep our events balanced, manageable and visible to as many players as possible, so everyone gets to try new things. The chances are you'll have another event in your game when other players don't, so rest assured we'll always try to make sure you don't miss out on the fun! Keep an eye on your notifications, pop-ups, and map buttons to know when you have new content in your game.

what do I get for this level?

I know the glitter on the missing sign, but I missed a few of the other clues to the mystery. What were some of them you recall? Bear is definitely out due to insufficient evidence, so that leaves troll and Misty, who left some glitter on the sign and near the wharf.

My theory: is that , Misty, The unicorn lady is involved in the disappearance of Olivia.
