Why do I lose all of my progress

Hello @msbaker69 and welcome to Soda community!
If you have a King account (email address + password) in place you can retrieve your progress and gold bars anytime and in any device (except boosters, those are saved on device local storage, not game account.)
If you don't have an account yet then and can't retriveve your progress, I advise you to create an account and contact King Player Support directly from the game app and ask them to manually restore your progress
- How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "problem with my game" and "game didn't save". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.
