After winning the weekly race 3x in a row I received a special prize, which included 9 hours of game play. However, I received this award right before bedtime, just to wake up to having no more than the regular 5 lives. Kinda disappointing.

Or like other games, the timer only operates when the game is open. Not while it is closed and you are sleeping, working or living your normal life!
All times rewards should only run down when the app is open.
Yes!!!! I completely agree that we should be able to stop playing and save timed bonuses until later when we have the time. I have purposely lost levels so I could shut off the game when the next level is a batula treasure.
That is so aggravating! We should be given the opportunity to accept it now, or have it wait until we can actually use that time to play.

Unfortunately once prizes are claimed, the coutdown cannot be stopped in timed boosters and unlimited lives. I understand weekly contest ended, prize for arriving first in weekly contest and prize for keeping championship streak 3 times in a row were unlocked and then the game app was closed before you powered down your device for the night? Since there are no further infos about the hour this happened

Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
