Is there a yellow candies contest going on this week? If there is, it is not including me. For a while I had last week's result and zero minutes left on the clock. that went away after a few days, but was not replaced by a new game.

Kimmys hunt has been collected and its still showing 0hrs and 0mins. Can anyone explain? I've reset my game and cleared the cache etc. TiA

I am sorry you uninstalled the game 😕 As boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. If you lose any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to our Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). How to contact:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
Regarding the unchanged leaderboard and not having received a prize, the Studio is investigating.

I placed 1st in Kimmy’s Candy Hunt. Contest ended sometime while I was asleep. Each time I pass a new level, the scoreboard for this side game shows up indicating that I’m in first place and that there are 0h and 0m remaining(image attached). There’s no button for me to claim my rewards. It just keeps shoving it in my face after every new level. To try to reset things, I uninstalled the game from my phone, then reinstalled. My level progress was saved when I logged back in, but ALL accumulated power-ups and rewards, including those from a recently purchased golden ticket deal, had vanished. And I’m still experiencing a complete Kimmy’s Candy Hunt screen popping up after every completed level that I’m unable to claim the rewards for. Please advise.
I to have the same problem. I have won by some 8000 points, but have not received prize. The timer has stopped at zero and keeps clicking as if stuck. I also do not get daily prizes. Is this some sort of confidence trick?
Again- No yellow candies, No cake to bake, Fish are freezing and no help from community or support.

I am also facing same problem thst i am also having this issue. The prompt to collect yellow candies pops up, and in the levels it counts the yellow candies I’ve collected, but when I win the level, no board pops up showing my total number of yellow candies collected. Its happened last time and now its also happening if board not show how can i know my rank. It’s very frustrating.

I am sorry to hear this. Some players are experiencing problems with Kimmy's Candy Hunt and the Studio is aware. Would you share some details to help the Studio investigate what happened?
1) What device are you playing on? (Make and model)
2) What is your Player ID? Here's information on how you can find it
3) Are you playing on more than one device?
Last week I didn't receive my rewards for first place, and this week the game isn't showing my progress or counting up my yellow candies. This game is getting increasingly difficult to play.

Well they are not taking care of me. I am on level 11,440, that is, the end of the available levels. For those who don't know, new levels appear every Friday morning EST, and only 45 levels are given each week. I purposely 'saved' 14 levels from the previous week so that I would have at least a fighting chance to score first in the weekly race and in the egg collection competitions ( i.e. I had the chance to score 55 levels maximum and however many yellow eggs I could collect over that many levels. Low and behold, from Monday to today, I had no chance to collect the eggs despite receiving the " invite" to play, and although I have completed all my available levels, today, when theoretically I can once again collect eggs (based on the icon on my front page) I find that I am on '0'!!! I now have to wait until Friday to accumulate eggs, when I get new levels to play again. How am I to be reimbursed then?
I’m also not receiving yellow candies despite passing levels. I had the same issue last week. Came first in the weekly race but 0 yellow candy count.
