I have done all of this. Many, many times. All Support tells me now is to play another King game. Thanks for your help, I guess Soda is just over for me. ๐

Hi @laureyanne , I wanted to let you know we're really committed to solve this for you, and are investigating your game. Unfortunately, it seems the developers have not been able to find the cause of the issue yet.
I wanted to ask some follow up questions to see if we can get some more information on the issue:
- Have you tried playing Soda on another device (another phone or Windows for example), and if so is the issue still there?
- Have you tried playing a couple of levels, is the issue still there?
- Would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of how the game looks when you start it?
I understand this must be very frustrating, but we'd really like to solve this for you. Thank you so much for your patience.

I have played over 300 levels since this issue started, lol.

I'm not clear on whether you mean an actual recording of me playing, or a screenshot of what it looks like inside the level...
Can you tell me how to record while I'm playing? Or explain more about what you're asking me for?

Maybe internet problems. U play level then after playing sometime restart your game. Than it will be fine.
