Is anyone else having this issue of NOTHING in your game, other than advancing levels?

Let's try to find out what's going on 🙂
Which device do you use? make and model please
Did you check for Soda app updates? Which is the latest version currently installed?
If you use an Android device, try clearing cache of Soda app. then restart the app and play any level 3-4 times to see if it reloads widgets on the map
Additionally check out full troubleshooting steps:
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

Yes sometime when we open the game. After sometime you restart your game than everything will be fine or maybe internet issue. That's why game show blank. If you play a level than next level everything will be visible.

No specific anomaly could be detected regarding your case as of now, if you're still experiencing this issue please check for Soda app updates and report here which version you have now. How to find it: visit device settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - scroll down the page to view app version
If you do see any connection error message, please let me know
Then kindly try to clear cache of Soda app again. Play any level and restart the app. You might need to repeat this 3-4 times.
