reset the app on Windows10 because game was freezing. Now back to level

    I am so sorry to hear this. Did you save your game with an account? If you saved your progress, did you use the same credentials?

    First try the standard troubleshooting: Force close all apps and restart your device / Leave off at least 10 seconds / Check for any updates for your device and apps, play some levels.

    If your progress is still not back and you did save your game with an account, please contact King Player Support directly from your device. They can manually restore your progress.

    • Click on the gear
    • Click on question mark
    • Click on “my game progress”
    • Click on “if I reinstall the game, will I lose my progress”
    • Scroll down to “contact us”

    Restarted the game several times, level progress now restored. But game is still freezing on weekly wonderballs challenge, also now lost team I was a part of. Very frustrating.

    This is an issue reported by some other Windows players and the Studio is looking into it. We don’t have an update yet 😕.
