Is anyone tired of this?

I am at Level 11,395...for the past 3 months I have reached the "last level" until "New Content" is created. I am missing out on contests because they require attaining new levels, When I contact the Customer Support, I am told the same thing over & over...we have to make sure new levels are tested before we release them. This is becoming ridiculous. Has anyone else encountered this? What are you doing about it if you have?
