Level 1

I haven't been able to play for several days in a row. Load it, give the daily gift, the sequence of levels appears, the bat deposits the ball in the future level and, it returns to the special treasure hunt. On this screen, everything hangs, there is no point in clicking, it does not follow or return to the previous page. Just close the game. Several attempts have already been made

    Let's try to figure out what might be the cause. First, I recommend doing the standard troubleshooting as this fixes most of the causes:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache ->Β not dataΒ Β that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data


    If this didn't help, what kind of device are you playing the game on. Make and model please. (For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-695F) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)
