I read that if I contacted customer service, that they would be able to reset my progress but they just keep emailing me back a generic "Need help with Candy Crush Saga?". Then I reply that I would like my game progress reset and get their "Need Help" reply again. Can anyone help me with this? I don't want to just replay the levels, I'd like to start from scratch. Thanks for your time!
