Did you check for game and device updates?
It is possible that you don’t have an event in your game, while others do. Do not worry! It's not faulty - it's just that with so many players, we sometimes have to spread the fun out a bit.
King tries to keep their events balanced, manageable and visible to as many players as possible, so everyone gets to try new things. The chances are you'll have another event in your game when other players don't, so rest assured they’ll always try to make sure you don't miss out on the fun! Keep an eye on your notifications, pop-ups, and map buttons to know when you have new content in your game.
If you don't have the Detective Season, can you get something else?

If you have Detective theme, you can click on the icon on top. You will find the Deluxe pass under the rewards tab.
We recommend to have completed all quests first, and then purchase the Deluxe pass!
Where do you find the detective season?
