Unable to play on laptop for days!

UPDATE: I no longer have this issue...I did a Windows 10 update & it fixed the problem!!! So if you are having this issue, check for this update :)

After I open the game, it does not let me tap on the square with the game level # on it. It does nothing at all when I tap on it. This has been happening for several days. I always play on my laptop. So sick of this. Is anyone working on this problem?

I am sorry to hear you have this experience 😔. Yes, the Studio is aware and working on it. You can find the info in game Help Center:

Do you have other features like Bake a Cake? If so, are those levels frozen too?

You might try troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
