In this kind of level, you would have to sugarcoat a specific amount of candies (different each level). To do this, you would have to match a sugarcoated candy, which will sugarcoat 2 to 5 random candies in a 5x5 radius. Sugarcoated candies would look like normal candies with sugar granules sprinkled on top. Sugar cubes would be a blocker for this kind of level, and they could be broken using a special candy effect. When broken, they’d sugarcoat 2 random candies on the board, and add a layer to any surrounding blockers (up to the max layer count of said blockers). I hope that you please consider this idea.
