Now I am experiencing a chevron on my PC (mobile haven't been able to move forward in 3 weeks . Why do others get to move forward and I cannot. Keeps asking me to play candy crush but I am not interested, graphics are poor and what is up with the frog?

    I'm afraid I can't find the meaning of the word "chevron".

    Which game with the problem are you referring to? Candy Crush Soda Saga or Candy Crush Saga?

    Candy Crush Soda Saga has no frog in the game.

    what is the make and model of the device you're playing on?

    Is your game frozen? Does it crash and shut down?
