Lost my golden ticket items

Paid the $4.99 for the golden ticket deal. Double of everything plus 2hours of boosts. Played for 10 minutes., got a phone call. 20 minutes later, I go back to my game and I have 1 minute left!

What happened to my 2 hours? I want that back or you can refund me for the price I paid to have this offer! Super irritated!!

Sorry to hear this. Time boosters don't stop when you leave the game. However, if you have not been able to make use of all the time, it is best to contact King Player Support.

Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

- Tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My Purchases“

-  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
