Bake A Cake Problem

I did what you said to do, and nothing changed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, and still getting "Back Soon". Is there any way you can help me get back to being able to play? Upsetting to say the least.

On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I really like this part of the game and haven't had any problems before. Can you help please? ID is 12850658875
