I've had this issue before, and this advice from a CM helped:
Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

My game had bug for last couple weeks and then stop to send treat candy bomb and now about 1 week I don't have treasure hunt option at all and no adv at all,so I have to buy all the time! I play at least 3,4 hours a day and no-one help me so far!
I did all recommendations like restart the phone or app or log out or clean the cache and memory and etc...
Anyone can help me what I have to do??? Please
