I have a connection error on Candy Crush Sida

I have a connection error but am online fine and connected on my other King games including Candy Crush. I get alerts for bakery awards but cannot access to play. I cannot connect to the store to buy upgrades. I have tried restarting the phone. I am online and purchasing for my other games including Candy Crush, just a problem with Candy Crush Soda.

When you check your profile, do you see an error like this? 👇

If you don’t please try troubleshooting:

provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
