Has anyone received a booster or life they requested?

@Pitty_Kitty @Yosca or someone that knows the answer.

A friend asked for a booster twice then a third time and I sent them a booster 3 times. My friend hasn't received one yet. I know because we also connect through email.

Do you only receive a booster if you don't have any? How long does it take to receive a booster? How long for a life to reach you? Or is the new way having some issues with receiving boosters and lives?

I read you can only ask for lives if you don't have any. Does that mean if 10 people send you lives you can only claim 1 of those?

If you receive 10 lives are you able to accept 5 of those? What happens to the other 5?

Yes it is! Met through CC when we could message other players. We made sure to exchange email info before they took that great feature away.

I'm not sure, I believe we get only one life even if other players accept our request but I'll pass this on and ask community manager for all the details

Does the booster issue happen after checking all the troubleshooting steps? If it does, then make and model of the device and game ID number would be helpful.

I have been in communication with @Amoonmoon via email and she recently told me that she is waiting on her friends to reply to a request of boosters but although she and I are friends on CCSS I do not have her request....either I already replied to it or I never received it (I can't be sure if I replied because I just click and don't really look at who sent the request)...I have too many to keep track of everyone 🤷🏽‍♀️

Since yesterday I have been sending a massive number of boosters

But yesterday and today twice I sent to request the boosters my request remains pending until the time runs out 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

That's strange @Amoonmoon . I have seen that I have sent you boosters today and yesterday. Same goes for you @La Ley . I also sent you lives and boosters. I just sent this one
