Logged in this morning and could connect. After researching and trying all suggestions I had to delete and redownload app. Was able to get working but I have lost my place and boosters!
Everything changed. No more watching videos to help you make it through no more lollipop you can earn the crush the whole game. It’s different and not happy. Quitting the game
Several People lost connection on June 29, we all either signed back in or reinstalled due to lost connection. Meaning, this must’ve been a problem on candy crush soda end. However, I’m at level 5000 and lost all my extras in my lives in starting over from scratch at level 5000 with no boosters or lives. If you can keep your coins and your level and all of that why can’t you keep the boosters? Please help! It’s the finals also. I’ve been stuck on the same ultra hard level with nothing.
Mine was on the 29th too! That’s odd
I’m above level 5000! I need them back!

I am sorry you had to uninstall the game app 😕
As boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. If you lose any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"

Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
