Firstly, release the fishes on the corners. You may need to use striped candies 2 times to get it. (pic↓)
Next, quickly spread all the jam in the middle.
That way, you can clearing out all the rest ice more efficiently with a few fish + colorbomb/colorball matches. (pic↓)
Notice that licorice swirls (the black candies) can block striped blasts, so stripe candies are NOT suitable for the last step of spreading!
