Can't play Candy Crush Soda or Farm Heroes, it has me back at # 1 ID # for both games is 14395090402, have all other King games but these. Thanks so much

I am sorry to hear this. Let’s try to get you back on track. Probably you are not logged in to your game account.
Make sure you're logged into your King or Facebook account with your own credentials to see your hard-earned progress. Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
