Game wouldn't end!

I bought extra moves; used all 82 of them, but the game wouldn't end! I kept using all my hammers, and it wouldn't remove them from the board! I went through many boosters and was pretty disappointed! Never happened to me before. Anyone else? Also, in Soda, I've lost my sounds effects. In order to hear them, I have to shut down my PC, and reboot. If I minimize the game, no sound.
