I tried to merge my above game but shows me at level 1. I am at level 385. My facebook account was hacked so I had to create a new account page. This maybe the problem? Not sure. Please advise?

Facebook account can be linked and synced to a King account, if it hasn't be done already, only when you have control of your Facebook account.
Also, not sure if this is the sistuation here: if Facebook and King accounts were already linked, but access to them was lost due to hacking, the linking process cannot be undone and redone with different accounts (e.g using a different Facebook account because the previous Facebook account was hacked).
The new King account shows no progress because it's not synced to any other account.
At this point I advise to contact King Player Support from you Soda app logged in to your new King account. Ask them to manually restore your progress at your desired level because yours was lost, so you don't have to start over 🙂
