I have lost all my progress in the game 😫

Yesterday I had trouble connecting with Facebook. That's fixed now, but I lost all my boosters. I had hundreds of them, including all kinds of lollipops, little hands, etc. Only levels are upgrading. I've been playing for 10 years and I don't want to lose everything. Can anyone help me? I have already tried to uninstall the app and write to support but for now I have not solved. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately reinstalling the app will delete all boosters for sure as they're not saved on King servers, like progress and gold bars, but on device local storage.

I'm afraid community forum is not able to deal with any compensations, only King Player Support can.

If you lost purchased items and couldn't use them, they should be able to send a refund if you contact them directly from Soda app.

• How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.
