Purchase problem!

Hi I’m new and really confused and upset, I took advantage of the special purchase. My screen was frozen and I refreshed and ended up purchasing twice, not happy, then I didn’t get the time to play with the purchase so I’m out of lives and have wasted twice the money! Like I’m very upset I play multiple times a day so this is very unfair, someone please help me 🙏
