I can't use my coupon and I'm not new to the game but my email address is what I used to join the community but I signed in with Facebook

Community account (used to post on this forum) is not your game account that saves your progress🙂

If you use your Facebook credentials to save game progress then email address used for Facebook is the email address connected to your game as well.
