Playing this game and it never helps to replenish the treats (tools) to help pass levels. This is done daily in Candy Crush Saga with a daily treat wheel and quests to help earn additional treats. More competitions to earn gold bars...etc.
Why doesn't Candy Crush Soda Saga do this same thing?

Daily bonus offers timed boosters and unlimited lives to help players pass levels while other side events like 4 in a row, Shipmates, Bake a Cake etc offer timed and non timed boosters.
