Not receiving boosters from Bake a Cake

I don't know if other players have experienced this problem.

For the last 4 weeks or so, on some tiers I do not get the claim button, therefore I think the boosters are bypassed.

I enjoy a team event and this aspect of participation and earning is very rewarding to me, not only as an individual but as a team so they can benefit too.

If anyone can shed some light or help this would be most appreciated, thank you.

Thank you for your help. I did indeed take screenshots, and found that they had been added. I experience exactly the same as you @SApple2 🙂

What I have noticed is that when I am the one who completed a tier of cake, the claim button appears so I can claim the reward but if it's my team mates and I got a notification that rewards are available, when I enter the Bake the Cake, all I see is a flash of the tiers completed then it disappear without showing me the claim button.

I know I received the rewards because I know the amount of boosters I got before entering the Bake the Cake, they increased by the number of rewards given when I check after.

Check your boosters number first before baking the cake or claiming the rewards won by your team mates. Please check also if what has been happening to me also happens to you.

Hello @Racoon7 !

Let's try to understand what's going on 🙂 Do you think it'd be possible for you to take screenshots of your boosters inventory before entering Bake a Cake event, while you play a Bake a Cake level and after a layer and or cake is completed (after BaC rewards are supposedly unlocked and sent to you)?

Or maybe record the screen of the game, if you are able.

this way I can pass these on to community manager to have this looked into 🙂
