I purchased delux pass but didn't get any rewards

The purchase activates the deluxe pass, however rewards from both the free and deluxe passes can be claimed only if they are unlocked first, by completing the respective quests in the event.
If you've already completed all the quests and finished the whole event but did not receive the rewards from free and deluxe pass, please contact King Player Support to send you your missing items. Community forum can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player, I'm afraid.
