my boosters disappeared and all i see are locks

Hello @Lucy29 and welcome to Soda community!
If your level preview displays padlocked boosters like in the picture below it doesn't mean you lost your boosters, don't worry.
It only means the use of pre-game boosters is intentionally prohibited in this specific level.
The reason why is that a new feature is being introduced in this level (new game mode, new blocker etc) and game developers want you to get to know this new feature on your own, without starting out with boosters.
This also means the level is very easy to pass by design. It's supposed to be a tutorial level and not a challenge as usual.
Once the trial period ends, the following levels will resume their normal outlook and difficulty and you'll find all your boosters again. You'll be able to select them ahead like you normally would 🙂.
Note: should you wish to replay this level again, you'll still see padlocked boosters in level preview. This kind of levels is just designed like this.
