after the last update, I can't see advertisements to get help/boosters. and there won't be any more cake now for almost 1 week.

Bake a Cake has not been removed from the game 🙂. Generally features and events may be temporarily missing. It can happen I'm afraid.
At the moment we also have the confirmation from Soda Studio, you may find the details in the link below:
Ads is a feature which is especially known to appear irregularly in the game and can be absent for a period of time before coming back again. Please read here for more infos
The (un)availability of a feature is on the Soda Studio's side and not the players, who can only make sure the game is up to date so not to miss out on any new feature available 🙂
I won two events and didn't get my boosters!! The first one was being on the top of the ladder, and the second one was winning the badge for the 3rd time. Cleared my cache, and refreshed the computer, nothing, no boosters!! I spent the last two days trying to get those and didn't receive anything :(
I can't either , hope they get this fix soon
I am having the same problem. Has anyone responded to you when this will be fixed?
They did, only to tell me if I changed my device I should go back to the old one and my boosters should be there. I haven't. I don't think it will be fixed at any time. Frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Community forum is not able to handle compensations for missing rewards issues.
Please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app if you play on Soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store and report you didn't receive rewards from events/features.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings (gear icon)- click "?" Icon- select any topic and subptopic- scroll down the page and click "contact us". Select topic "events or features issues", select subtopic "I didn't receive my reward". Fill in the form and send.
