after the latest update the social hub is missing as seen below on android and windows versions.

If you see it on another platform then Social Hub is available in your King account but it doesn't appear.
Just to be sure, what do you see when open Microsoft Soda app and you click on avatar pictures of players (friends and non-friends) who you encounter on events like Winter Cup, Shipmates, 4 in a row, Soda Teams etc? Would you please share a screenshot?
Also would you share a screenshot of your map of Microsoft Soda app please?
did you try to log out from your game account, log in and play any level a few times to see if this helps?
what is your Player ID number? Click here on how to retrieve it from Soda app.
I'll pass these infos on and ask for CM's opinion on this
As for Facebook website, browser version of the game may show less features because it's not as stable as app version, so I'm not surprised you're not seeing some features on FB that you would see on app

Oh, and by the way, if I launch the game through BlueStacks, then I do have the Social Hub. But I don't like having to play through BlueStacks. Hope this will get sorted soon. It used to be okay (through FB as well as through the app), but now it's a mess. Not having problems with other games.
Thanks for getting back to me @Pitty_Kitty. I had it, but it disappeared. I don't know when exactly, it could be a couple of months ago. I'm playing on a Windows11 PC. It vanished in the game through FB, as well as through the Soda-app (current version 1.257.400.0). I'm not gonna uninstall/reinstal by the way, and I checked the permission, it hasn't expired.

As for Social Hub, this is an old thread related to an issue now solved so I don't have any news about any problem in Social Hub.
could you elaborate more about your problem? do you mean you never had Social Hub in the first place? Or you had it but it disappeared? When did it disappear?

Still no solution for this @Pitty_Kitty or @Yosca? Social Hub is still missing in my game, plus I'm getting notifications to bake a cake, but that too is missing. It's just a mess.
The Social Hub is missing on my end as well. I'm getting more and more fed up with the CCS-games, it's always something...

Thank you, I think they are! That's about 19 years ago and one of my favorite pictures. My oldest son is giving his brother a ride in his open cockpit plane, which is a old diaper box. That's why he has his bomber cap, goggles and scarf on.😂 Even at that age he knew he wanted to be a pilot. He has his license and will be job hunting soon.

It has been a week for me. It's strange because in my social-hub my friends are also without avatars (faceless) but on my friends' sides my avatar can be seen. It's only Soda. My other Candy Crush games I don't have any issue with my avatar. I did what I could. I can only wait if it will resolve itself or the next update will correct it.
How are you able to change your avatar? I can't seem to change mine. It's also strange what's happening with yours. What you see and what others see are different. 🤔

If my memory is correct I haven't had the pink avatar issue for 6 months or more. When I was pink it only lasted for a day or two.
I hope it gets fixed for you soon.🙏
This happened before the pink avatar issue but when playing I see the picture of my kids as my avatar and it shows up as a boy for everyone else. I tried changing the picture but it only changes it for me. I don't know if they're related or if it's just me.🤷
