I'm sorry to hear about this. Did you make sure you're logged in to the correct account?
Did you try to log out, restart device and log back in?
If your boosters are still missing then please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app as community forum is not able to handle refunds.
They're able to replace your lost purchased items. Also they might be able to send some sort of compensations in case of glitches. Asking doesn't hurt 🙂
- How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.
