If you encounter any problem in your game go to Help Center here. If it still not able to provide you with solution, try contacting player support. You can find that in your game.

Click the gear icon

Click the question mark

In this case, if you're already signed in to King and you lost your progress, click progress then click this:

It will give you instruction and contact button.
