Hello 😊 I have noticed that blue candies are NOT being added to my score on Kimmy’s leaderboard. I passed at least 10 levels and my score is the still the same :( I was leading the scoreboard :( do you have any tips how to fix this? Thank you 🙏
Hi @jk14, this happens to me all the time if I navigate to another tab or get a phone call. If I navigate away from the game, for anything, I do the following things to make sure I get the Kimmy's Candy Hunt. If I don't see this come up my blue won't be counted.
I first close and open the game. Sometimes doing this works.
If it doesn't come up I need to log/sign out and back in to get it.
If it still doesn't come up after doing this I log/sign out and back in but when my profile page comes up I close and reopen it again. If I remember to do it I'll close my profile page the first time I sign out.
It's a pain because I don't always remember to do this and all the colors I collected aren't counted.😭

Hello Kerrie I haven’t done any playing today but going to try this. Fingers crossed. I did try closing and opening the app that did not work so will try log out and back in 🤞🤞thank you 😊
Hello Tee, we are on the same leaderboard 😊 it’s an iPhone. I think/ suspect could be something with my connection too not sure. Sometimes they offer me adverts and when I click on them my phone just freezes. Never mind I’m trying not to stress too much…
Hello again Kerrie, just a quick update I did log in and out and did not work. Then closed the app turned my VPN on and suddenly I got the same pop up like you did and started to collect blue candies. It’s bizarre. VPN is messing up with loads of apps on my phone. It’s off now and I can still collect blue candies hope it will stay that way🤞
