Worry not; there’s nothing wrong with your phone or the version of the game you’re playing. This is because we are doing everything we can to ensure our events remain balanced and manageable. We want all of our players to be able to try as many new features and events as possible, but when this happens for each player will vary.
So if you don’t have an event or feature this time, please don’t worry. Chances are you’ll have it soon, or you’ll have an event in your game that a friend doesn’t have in theirs.

I have a new PC and installed the candy crush soda saga app on the new PC but it fails whenever I try to login to facebook from the game. I have verified my login credentials are correct but all it does is tell me the password is incorrect. Logging in with my King account does not restore my progress.
