Lollipop boosters

I recently transfered my candy crush to my new phone and all my lollipop boosters are no where to be found....

And oh no! It's understandable that you're frustrated by losing all those hard-earned items. 😔

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.

Boosters are stored in your device's memory. This means if you have saved your game using a King or Facebook account, you will find your gold bars and your progress on your new device, but not your boosters. These can still be found in the game on your previous device, as long as you have not deleted the game app.
