Not getting what I paid for

This is the second time I’ve contacted you about this issue. The 1st time no response? I paid $20 in bottle caps it showed me many prizes with 120 bricks. I received 20 bricks and a few prizes. You do realize this is false advertising and you can be held accountable. Your game is certainly rigged to force people to pay. You should not have to play and be forced to pay to get 170 more moves to pass the level. Really? I think if you don’t respond or give what you show for payment, it will be time to report your game. Stop taking people’s money and not delivering what you show.

As I've already mentioned you'd need to contact King Player Support to report purchases issues, preferably from your Soda app so they can easily retrieve your infos.

The community forum is not able to handle purchase issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player.

For your convenience, I'll share again the instructions with more details in case they apply to your platform

Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". • If you don't play Soda on app or you have trouble contacting from the app, then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
• It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.
