My sweet @Amoonmoon, your expectation to my surprise of me qualifying in this cup is an oxymoron display at its best. ๐ I also stopped playing midway. I didn't expect everyone else on my board would give up except for the one leading. I was content in just resuming my normal playing time after the qualifier. When I signed in this morning, the Winter Cup was gone from my list of activities so I played some levels then came the pop-up stating that I finished 2nd and qualified. ๐
Then here comes @LoFiGummy news of more levels to be released than the usual. Should I compete or should I not? ๐ค I guess depending on how many levels more.
You can actually try the Second Chance. Did @Racoon7 qualify? Please tell me, both of you, or anyone else, if you find me on your leaderboard. I can hold off playing until the Second Chance is over. I will resume playing after, to finish off my Weekly Contest for the 3rd win.
Please tell me ahead of time.
You are so kind my dear friend, bless you ๐ค I finished in fourth place so didn't make it my lovely.
I will give the second chance a go, but to be fair I am quite happy just playing all the games, my greatest effort is placed in a game when there is a team event. It is more important to me that I support and help my team win than to win just for myself.
However Community challenges and particularly badges are different. I find these challenges more rewarding personally than competing against other global players in tournaments.
I won 30 party boosters in CCS back along and that was tough, had very little sleep. My personal thoughts were I am glad to have been a winner, but never again, not only did it cost a lot of boosters and GB, but physically the stress and lack of sleep wasn't worth it, I felt really quite poorly after, so I am really not worried.
I did play in the finals of FHS recently, the format had changed from what it used to be, and it made it easier to qualify. Again I was really happy to play in the Finals as I have never got through to this before, so it was really interesting and exciting to see what was required and also how different it was. Nice learning experience, which in my book makes me a winner as I love to learn new things ๐
