Ongoing issue: I lost my progress in the Weekly Race
Hi dear players,
We're currently aware of an ongoing issue where players might lose their progress or place on the podium in the Weekly Race. We're really sorry about this, and working on solving the issue as soon as possible.

I've placed 2nd and 3rd during the last 2 weeks, and now the progress bar shows no wins. What happened????

I am sorry you are having this problem and the Studio is already working on it. In the game’s HelpCenter on your device (tap the cog, tap on question mark, top of the page…) it’s highlighted:

I lost my progress too in the weekly race..
Why did my daily booster go away today for the first time ever 9 years??.. it didn't pop up so I can collect it.. is it because the winter cup is starting tomorrow when I get it back tomorrow??

I reported this problem on Monday and received an email saying it could be due to a number of reasons and my progress could not be restored. I also still have the screenshots showing my progress before it was taken away. It seems like it has happened to many players, not just me.

My progress in the weekly race has been lost so many times. This happens when I get two ticks , and then next minute, it’s gone. It is frustrating, but I won’t lose any sleep over my lost progress, just hope the studio can sort it out whenever they can.

That's what happened to me last week, I had two wins. Instead of the boosters and the many hours of infinite living I didn't get anything. That's why I'm not going to complain. But for normal players, it could be very frustrating. 😁

I have lost my daily bonus 2weeks ago and
Thirst time : the restore will be automatique with the update
Seconde time : the restore is not possible
